Medical experts and healthcare professionals are in absolute agreement on
this: Wearing a mask is the simplest, most effective way to protect
yourself and others during this pandemic.

Despite that, Republicans tried to forcibly recall and remove Democratic
Governor Tony Evers in Wisconsin. Why? Because he listened to scientists
and public health experts and issued a public mask mandate.

The vast majority of states have issued them and countless lives have been
saved as a result. So what are Republicans doing now that their recall
effort failed?

They voted to ELIMINATE his mask mandate at the height of the pandemic as
we approach the grim and tragic milestone of 500,000 COVID-19 fatalities.

Tony re-issued his mask order immediately because he promised to “trust
and follow science and public health experts.”
