According to POLITICO, the Biden administration is moving to set up a bipartisan committee to study new ways to reform the Supreme Court and the federal judiciary.

Throughout the last four years, Donald Trump and the Republican Senate packed our federal courts with white, male, conservative loyalists opposed to civil rights who've rolled back voting rights, gun control measures, and gender equality initiatives across the country. And just one week before the 2020 election, Republicans rammed through Amy Coney Barrett's confirmation hearing to secure a 6-3 far-right majority on the Supreme Court.

The conservative SCOTUS has already voted to restrict abortion access, suspend investigations into Trump's crimes, and will be hearing cases on everything from dark money in politics to affordable health care. And now, progressives are calling to expand the court.

One of the lawyers on Biden's committee is already expressing her support for the constitutionality of expanding the Supreme Court, but it remains a controversial position for Democrats. That's why today we need to know where supporters like you stand on the issue:
