Minnesota Republicans have proven yet again that they are unable and unwilling to put the health and safety of Minnesotans ahead of petty, partisan games.

Today, in a shameless political stunt at the expense of Minnesota taxpayers, MN GOP Rep. Erik Mortensen introduced articles of impeachment against Governor Walz for doing his job to protect our communities from the spread of COVID-19.

This pandemic has caused incredible hardship across our state. The last thing Minnesotans need is state leaders wasting precious time on bad faith political posturing.

Enough is enough. We are setting a rapid response goal of $10,000 so we can fight back swiftly and firmly against this ridiculous attack. Now, that we officially have our first GOP opponent, we can’t let our guard down.

If you’re able, will you pitch in $10, $25, $50 (whatever works) to have Governor Walz’s back? We can’t let this go unanswered.
