And don’t forget: There’s a congressional recess the week of February 15th, when members of Congress and their staff will be back home in their districts. Now is a good time to ask your members or their staff for a call during recess to discuss what your community needs on COVID relief. You can also prep for media work, like op-eds, letters to the editor, and news articles, that they’ll notice while they’re home.
