Hello,

I’m about to log off for the week so I can focus solely on Donald Trump’s impeachment trial in the Senate. But before I do, I’m going to ask you to add a contribution to our campaign. Let me explain:

Tomorrow, the Senate will begin an impeachment trial regarding Donald J. Trump’s actions leading up to the violent insurrection in the U.S. Capitol last month.

As you can imagine, that keeps me very busy. I will join my colleagues in listening to the arguments made by the House impeachment managers and the President’s team. At the same time, we can’t ignore critically important issues like delivering COVID-19 relief and ensuring we are quickly distributing vaccines across the country.

I just don’t have time to focus on our fundraising efforts right now and unfortunately, our numbers are falling behind. So, I’m really hoping folks like you can help us out while I’m preoccupied.
