New bill limits cut by half the number of measures introduced at this year's General Assembly session. But roughly the same percentage of bills — about half — were still alive after Friday's deadline for legislation to "cross over" to the other chamber. VPAPs' visualization includes the details ([link removed]) , among them a steep drop-off in the success rate of bills introduced by members of the minority Republican Party.
