More than 30 Democratic members of Congress signed onto a letter calling for an investigation of suspicious tours of the Capitol building given the day before the riot.

If the eyewitness accounts are true, Republican members of Congress may have been giving reconnaissance tours to right-wing extremists to aid them in their attempted insurrection. We need to get to the bottom of this.

It’s hard to believe this is the point we are at now. Members of Congress aiding violent insurrectionists and putting their own colleagues’ lives at risk — as well as our rule of law and democracy.

And to make matters worse, not a single Republican signed on to the letter demanding an investigation. They don’t WANT to know the truth because it will unveil them as the traitors they really are.
