The NRA has been relatively quiet lately, and now we know why -- the Senate Finance Committee confirmed in a report released today that the NRA has been trying to cover up the fact that they funded and aided Russian spies in their efforts to meet and influence politicians and elected officials.

It's more true now than ever before: the NRA no longer represents responsible gun owners. They only care about their own profits and political influence. And they are willing to betray our country and aid literal spies in order to reach their goals. 

Not only did the NRA engage in unpatriotic and self-dealing schemes, but they also may have broken the rules that come with having a tax-exempt, non-profit status. Again. All this on top of their irresponsible mission to deregulate all firearms and weapons of war to make a profit -- no matter how many people are killed in the process.

We began our fight against the NRA almost immediately after March For Our Lives was formed. We protested in front of their headquarters (more than once). We called on the NY Attorney General to investigate them. We introduced our comprehensive Peace Plan, which directly calls out the role the NRA has played in our gun violence epidemic. We are not going to stop fighting the NRA and their corruption (and if you can, help fund our fight by chipping in a few dollars). 

The NRA got our country into this mess. And it's our collective duty to get us out. We will win.
