It's hard to be shocked in this political environment, but keep reading:

An investigative report released today by the minority staff of the U.S.
Senate Finance Committee details how the NRA became a foreign asset for
Russia in the run-up to the 2016 elections.^1 What's more is that the NRA
insiders who participated in a 2015 trip to Russia appeared to be using
NRA funds and resources to benefit their personal business interests.
