Roderick Johnson, Lender Relations Specialist, Small Business Administration (SBA), will present timely information for applying for this round of funding. We will also be joined by David Dockendorff, Vice President, M&T Bank and Nicholas Preusch, Tax Manager, YHB CPAs & Consultants who will be taking questions from attendees. REGISTER General Assembly Update The 2021 Virginia General Assembly session has reached crossover. From now forward, only bills that have passed in their chamber of origin may be considered – so a House bill that hasn’t yet passed the House of Delegates or a Senate bill that hasn’t yet passed the Senate has failed for the year. Crossover ordinarily comes around the half-way point of the session. The General Assembly was officially scheduled to adjourn sine die week, but Governor Northam has called a special session starting on Wednesday, February 10 to continue the regular session’s work.
