I'm hearing from a lot of Northeastern Pennsylvanians who are telling me it's taking way too long for them to get their mail. This has gone on too long, and it's unacceptable because I know you're counting on the USPS to deliver prescription medication, COVID relief funds, tax documents, bills and other essentials on time. I serve on the House Appropriations subcommittee that funds the Postal Service, so if you're having trouble with your mail, I want to hear from you. Postal Service officials have told me that the delays were caused by a surge in election and holiday mail, but we're weeks past that now, and things don't seem to be getting any better.
