Then: Trump answered McCarthy's call. Days after being visited, Trump’s supporters injected $30 million into a new PAC in an attempt to destroy Democrats’ chance at holding onto the majority.

Now: We’re fighting back by directing critical funds to hold swing seats across the country, but we’re coming up $6,312 short of our end-of-week goal.
