This Tuesday SF YIMBY is planning to show up in big numbers to support the 100% affordable housing project at 730 Stanyan. We need you to join us!

The most important community meeting yet: The 100% affordable housing project proposed at 730 Stanyan by nonprofit developers TNDC and CCDC faces its most important event to date: the pre-application meeting. This public meeting needs your voice in support of affordable housing before plans are submitted to the City for permits. The number of supporters and opponents will be counted and have a big impact on the approval of the project.

NIMBYs are organizing against the project: at the community meeting last Thursday, there were lots of comments from homeowners who hated the size and features of the 6-story building. These are the slides they presented:

Help us show SF Planning Department, the Mayor's Office of Housing and Community Development, and the nonprofit stakeholders that the vast majority of San Franciscans support the construction of the site as planned.
