Have you heard the latest from POLITICO? “President Joe Biden is taking the first step toward rebuilding Obamacare, ushering in a new era for the health care law after a decade of Republican attacks.”

Donald Trump failed to repeal the Affordable Care Act while he was president, despite his vindictive campaign promises. However, his administration did weaken the critical health care law, slashing outreach and advertising funds to make it more difficult for Americans to enroll -- even during a pandemic.

We're so glad our new president actually wants people to have health care -- especially because the ACA has so many benefits for women. But, as POLITICO further reports, “Biden's more ambitious plans for bolstering the Affordable Care Act will require help from Congress.” And the Supreme Court is hearing a Trump-backed challenge to the law very soon.
