According to a recent study from the Pioneer Institute, “Massachusetts has seen a net loss of $20 billion to other states, especially New Hampshire and Florida where taxes are much lower.” In fact, a full 46 percent of the wealth lost in Massachusetts from 1993 to 2018 has gone to Florida, and 26 percent to New Hampshire!
