DeJoy, is still at work, keeping the postal service drowning with limited
staff and underfunding—while his investments in competitors like UPS grow

DeJoy is just one of the terrible Trump appointees still filling key
positions all over the federal government, and they will continue to do
immeasurable damage until they are gone.

DeJoy isn’t the only Trump appointee still doing damage.

Trump Social Security Administration Commissioner Andrew Saul is still in
office—where he can continue attempts to slash benefits and undermine
workers.^3

Saul came from the far right-wing Manhattan Institute, a group that
advocates for cutting Social Security.^4 And as head of the Social
Security Administration, he has tried to destroy the SSA employee union
and decimate the agency.^5

But Saul is still in office—and unless President Biden fires him, he could
be in office until 2025.^6

Saul is one of numerous other Trump appointees still furthering a
right-wing agenda. Mark Calabria, the head of the agency that regulates
mortgages and government-sponsored banks, has been working to privatize
Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac and end government oversight.^7 But he, too,
still has his job under President Biden.

The Supreme Court has ruled that Biden has the ability to fire these
political appointees, and Biden must take action before they do any more
damage to the agencies they lead and the people they are appointed to
