In my bid for re-election, I was honored to receive the endorsement of the Council for a Livable World, an organization that has been vital in driving international diplomacy and nuclear non-proliferation efforts.

Since its founding by Leo Szilard in 1962, the Council has been promoting policies to reduce and eventually eliminate nuclear weapons, combat climate change, and minimize the risk of war by helping elect congressional candidates who share their goals.
In 2020, the Council raised $1.5 million for 35 victorious candidates, helping to elect crucial candidates in competitive races across the country.
