Better Together - Squid and Otto share a meal at Farm Sanctuary
Squid and Otto are as close as brothers.
The two young sheep found friendship after they were each rescued from meat production. Both boys were too sick to be profitable: Otto can't eat on his own, and Squid has permanent damage from a broken leg.
At Farm Sanctuary, these two resilient lambs have become fast friends. Squid-who now gets around with a custom wheeled cart-is even helping Otto learn how to eat!
As a special Valentine's Day opportunity, you can "adopt" these spunky lambs through our Adopt a Farm Animal Program.
With just a one-time, $35 gift to Farm Sanctuary, we'll send you a digital adoption certificate featuring your new family members. You can print this love note for yourself, or send it to the special people in your heart. Your sponsorship gift supports Squid and Otto's extensive care, along with our work to help more animals with unique needs like theirs.
Will you adopt Squid and Otto this Valentine's Day?

These once-lonely lambs are now constant companions-chaperoning the other's healthcare routines until it's once again time to snuggle or play.
Every minute spent hand-feeding Otto, or supervising Squid's wheelchair adventures, is worth it-because they love life, and we love them. But we can't do it alone. Just like Squid and Otto, we are better together, too.
Please adopt today!
With love,
Farm Sanctuary
