Friend,

We’ve heard countless excuses from Brindisi and Pelosi’s lawyers.

For more than THREE MONTHS they’ve used every trick they have up their sleeves
in a blatant attempt to undermine the will of the people in NY-22.

Their obstruction is the reason why our district is currently being
represented by an empty chair in Washington, and we can’t afford to let it drag
out any longer.

It’s time for them to put their pride aside and come to terms with the fact
that they lost this election –– and allow the courts to finally certify the
results of this election.

This debacle of an election is evidence of how fragile our elections are, how
destructive Democrat policies are, and why we need common-sense election reform
NOW.

We cannot allow this to happen ever again. Not in our district or any other
district.

That’s why I’m going to fight harder than ever before in Congress to secure
our elections. But before that can happen, I need your help to put this one to
rest.

We need every conservative voter in NY-22 to stand up and say ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.
