Our fight to protect Dreamers continues. We just filed our first major legal argument in our Supreme Court case where the entire DACA program is on the line.

Since we first blocked President Trump from ending the program, over 470,000 Dreamers have been able to renew their DACA protections. But President Trump remains determined to take every protection away. 
 
We’re fighting back because we know Dreamers are indispensable members of our communities. DACA recipients are teachers, soldiers, doctors, and first responders. They are creating jobs as small business owners. And most importantly, they are helping to build a better America.
