Hello John

In this latest newsletter I have chosen to focus on our farming communities as the overarching theme.

The Zero Carbon bill, freshwater and methane targets have all been issues front and center of political debate since I last sent you a newsletter update. The Dairy Industry Restructuring Act has also passed it's first reading in Parliament - albeit narrowly.

I'm fully aware of how important farming is to our economic success as a country, and I also know how dedicated farmers are when it comes to confronting environmental challenges.
