Democrats’ One Goal

Since day one, Democrats in Washington have been focused solely on one thing – taking down President Donald Trump. Before he even had a chance to be sworn into office, these Democrats resolved to stand against anything he wanted to deliver for Americans – tax reform, border security, fair trade and so much more.

And this week, they’ve taken their work to a new extreme, as Nancy Pelosi announced plans on Tuesday to launch an impeachment inquiry against President Trump.

I was in Washington, D.C. for a few days this week, and unfortunately I saw some of this nonsense up-close. President Trump was absolutely correct when he called this “presidential harassment.” After it was revealed once-and-for-all that there was no Trump-Russia collusion in 2016, congressional Democrats have moved onto the next delusion.

I met with many of your Republican representatives while I was in DC, and they’ve simply had enough of the Democrats’ games and antics. And I’ve had enough, too.

On the flight back home, I reflected on how thankful I am that we live in Indiana, a state that couldn’t be further from this foolishness. Here in Indiana, we balance our budgets, pay our bills, work together, and provide great government service. It’s all about results, and delivering for Hoosiers.

If this week taught us anything, it’s that we could certainly use a lot more Indiana in our nation’s capital.

Welcome Back Home, Vice President Pence!

Vice President Mike Pence is back home again this week! Yesterday, Air Force Two touched down in Indianapolis prior to an event highlighting why it is critical for Congress to pass the U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA) –  the largest and most comprehensive trade deal in American history. This agreement will expand markets for Hoosier-built and Hoosier-grown goods.

Today, Vice President Pence is touring the Neurodiagnostic Institute and Advanced Treatment Center at Community Hospital East before participating in a roundtable discussion with public health leaders.
Fall Dinner 2019: Celebrating Our Military

This year's Team Holcomb Fall Dinner is coming up quickly on October 14 (just over two weeks!), and it’s an event you won't want to miss! We're excited to welcome Congressmen and combat veterans Jim Baird, Brian Mast and Dan Crenshaw as the event's special guests at the JW Marriott in downtown Indianapolis.

These three American heroes have made so many sacrifices in the name of freedom. Of course, we already know Indiana's own Congressman Jim Baird, and you may remember Congressman Crenshaw from when he was unnecessarily mocked on Saturday Night Live, but this trio made national headlines when Congressman Mast's tweet "5 eyes. 5 arms. 4 legs. All American." went viral.

Help us celebrate our military by booking your tickets for the Team Holcomb Fall Dinner now!
