If we fail to flip NY-22 RED, there could be disastrous consequences for the Republican Party as we aim to take back the House from Pelosi.

We need to raise another $5,600 before midnight tonight to keep on fighting to flip NY-22 – THE NATION’S LAST UNCALLED HOUSE RACE – RED!

John,

You might recall that I’ve been emailing you this week asking for your financial assistance. If you need a refresher as to why, here is a brief one: I’m the Republican nominee for Congress in New York’s 22nd Congressional District – the only Congressional race in the nation which hasn’t been called for either me or my Democrat opponent.

We’ve been counting ballots – and recounting ballots – since November 3rd (Election Night), and as of writing this today I’m leading by a razor-thin 122 votes. My Democrat opponent – and the high-profile lawyers which Nancy Pelosi sent to do battle against me – refuse to concede.

I’m on the verge of being certified the winner – however, my opponent has made every indication he will continue to drag this saga out in the courtroom for the foreseeable future.

In my last email to you I informed you that I have to pay next week’s legal fees in advance ($20,000) by close of business today. Well, the time is nigh and I’m still short $5,600.

I’m humbly asking you to consider chipping-in whatever you can today so I’m able to keep my lawyers fighting on our Party’s behalf until a winner is declared.

700,000 New Yorkers do not currently have a member of Congress fighting on their behalf, and Republicans in Washington currently have one less vote in the House to help stop Pelosi’s dangerous far-left agenda.

I can’t thank you enough for your consideration.
