Grants update and timetable
Nottingham City Council is working on delivering a series of grants to businesses, charities, social enterprises and community organisations to support the city during the Covid pandemic. ?
The announcements from government for funding for businesses have come quickly while guidance and funding has followed some time after, and Nottingham City Council has been working, and will continue to work hard to distribute this funding to eligible businesses. Work to date means most businesses will be paid automatically without the need to reapply for the funding you are entitled to.
Please allow 5 working days for payments from the City Council to reach your account following a notification that a payment has been made to you. If funds have not arrived, please contact your bank in the first instance to check for any pending payments to your account, and if these are not showing please contact at?[email protected]?with the title ?Check ? payment not received.?
We understand some businesses may not have applied during the national lockdown in November as no further lockdown was foreseen at the time but require the ongoing support the government is providing ? we will open the grants system again for these businesses in the near future.
Appeals regarding rejection of eligibility for a grant should be sent to?[email protected]

We are now taking applications from businesses who were not able to apply first time round - to check your eligibility and to see if we can arrange a convenient way to provide you with the total sum of grants due, please email [email protected]?so we can get you started.
As part of the package of support for Nottingham's businesses, we have a discretionary fund to provide to businesses who fall outside the remit of the tiered and lockdown grants above.
