Democrats have now succeeded in making President Trump the first to ever be impeached twice, although they were unsuccessful in getting him removed from office during his tenure.

Now they plan to still have a Senate trial after he has left office to attempt to convict him and strip him of his benefits such as a presidential library, secret service protection and more.

Many conservatives believe this their ultimate goal is to make sure Trump is not eligible to run against Biden again in 2024.
