It's sometimes difficult to consider the impact our work is having. The fight for equality is a long battle - it's been over a hundred years since women first achieved the right to vote. And yet, with our work on equal pay, equal power and tackling stereotypes, as well as all the campaigns and research we do, sometimes the battle for equality feels like it's just beginning.
That's why we've produced our 2020 impact report. From numbers of supporters to influence on change makers, it's a great way to take stock of our achievements over the last year. And motivate our work as we look forwards. Take a look at it here.

#bansalaryhistory
Is it fair for employers to ask for your salary history? Evidence shows this practice contributes to perpetuating the gender and ethnicity pay gaps. So East London Fawcett Society are working to tackle this unfair practice. But they need your help. Can you fill out their survey to help them understand this practice, its prevalence and perception? It will only take a couple of minutes to support their work and get us one step closer to #bansalaryhistory.

Call for Evidence: Sexual Harassment in the Workplace
We are calling for evidence from those who have suffered sexual harassment in the workplace to tell us about the response of their employer and what they thought about this response.
The evidence and stories shared will help us develop tools and resources for employers. We need employers to understand their role in and how to tackle sexual harassment. If you have experienced sexual harassment, please do considering sharing your experiences to help us push for change.

Tackling Stereotypes
Harmful gender stereotypes are significantly limiting a child's potential; that's what our expert commission found in our latest report, Unlimited Potential. In December we hosted an event which outlined that report and included speakers discussing these impacts and how best to tackle them. Did you miss out? Re-watch the whole event now.
