Hey Team,

Following up on this email with an update on Rep. Greene. Today,
Gerry and his Democratic colleagues voted to remove Marjorie
Taylor Greene from her committee assignments, including the
Education and Labor Committee.

While this is a step in the right direction, it's not enough.
Greene has proven she is completely unfit to serve our nation,
and Gerry is still calling for her expulsion from Congress. Will
you help support him by signing on to our petition NOW?

As a woman who has harassed victims of school shootings and
claims that Democrats staged school shootings for political gain,
Rep. Greene has no place in the Education and Labor committee.
It's an insult to parents everywhere that Republicans placed her
on the committee in the first place, and then lacked the courage
to remove her.

But that's just one of her many incendiary and harmful actions
-- she's promoted acts of violence against Nancy Pelosi,
supported the violent insurrection on our Capitol, and promoted
wild anti-semitic and anti-muslim conspriacy theories.

As we work to quell partisan divisions and bring an end to
violence in our country, Marjorie Taylor Greene represents the
worst parts of our polity. Her support of violence, left
unchecked, could easily result in even more real life harm for
those who work in our nation's capital.

Greene has to go -- someone who calls for violence against her
fellow lawmakers cannot remain in the halls of Congress. Sign on
to support Gerry's movement to expel Rep. Greene from Congress
NOW! ( [link removed] )

EXPEL REP. GREENE

Thanks for staying engaged as we fight the evils of Trumpism.

Team,

On January 6th, our country came face to face with the evil of
right-wing extremism. We saw just how dangerous the QAnon belief
system is. At least one newly-elected Member of Congress has
supported these conspiracy theories, and just hours before the
attack on the Capitol promised that day would be "another 1776."
Marjorie Taylor Greene is dangerous, and a threat to the safety
of all of us in Congress. Last week, I called on her to be
expelled from the House. This is not a decision I make lightly,
and I wanted to let you in on my thought process.

Put simply, this is about standing on the right
side of history. Rep. Greene poses a clear and present physical
danger to members of our Democratic caucus unlike any we've seen
from our fellow Members before. If you agree that Rep. Greene
must go, sign on to our petition calling for her expulsion NOW!

Greene has called for the execution of prominent Democrats like
Nancy Pelosi and Hillary Clinton. She has a long history of
sharing disturbing posts on social media, making claims that the
Sandy Hook massacre was staged and that Nancy Pelosi is actively
rooting for more school shootings to further her gun control
agenda. Perhaps most appalling of all, she filmed herself
harassing a school shooting survivor on Capitol Hill, accusing
him of being a crisis actor.

House Republicans have looked at this behavior and rewarded her
with a seat on the Education Committee. They don't see anything
wrong with harassing school shooting victims, calling on
Democratic elected officials to be murdered, or encouraging the
attack on the Capitol. To get Marjorie Taylor Greene out of
Congress, we're all going to have to do our part. Add your name
to our growing movement calling for the expulsion of Rep.
Marjorie Taylor Greene for her dangerous and hateful comments and
actions NOW! ( [link removed] )
