John: It's been bitter cold in parts of Syria this winter.
Families have been sleeping in leaking tents that simply cannot withstand the rain, wind, and snow. In the northwest, displacement camps were recently flooded, making the situation more dire, especially for children who may have to walk through ice cold puddles without adequate shoes.
Their parents will do everything they can to keep them warm, even if it means sacrificing their own comfort — and health. It's a choice any parent would make... but shouldn't have to.
John, I hope you, someone who cares deeply about displaced families, will step up with an emergency gift today to help Syrian families, and so many others in need around the world. |
