Take the Veguary Pledge
Afro-Vegan Society's Veguary is a FREE month-long pledge campaign encouraging people to commit to vegan living during the month of February. This campaign is purposefully situated in the month of February-Black History Month in the United States-to highlight the contributions of Black trailblazers, and the many benefits of vegan living in our communities.

New Jersey Crate Ban
Farm Sanctuary has joined a coalition of animal advocates working to ban the cruel confinement of mother pigs in gestation crates, and calves in veal crates, in New Jersey. A bill in the state legislature would put an end to this practice on industrial farms within the state.
