Thanks and we hope to see you at the event, Team Gingrich 360 WHAT NEWT'S THINKINGBy Newt Gingrich The propaganda media and the Democrats are trying to keep Republicans on defense with a campaign of smears, exaggerations, and outright lies. From trying to impeach President Donald Trump (who is now a private citizen), to focusing on Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, to maximizing the divide between Rep. Liz Cheney and Trump supporters, the propaganda media and the Democrats are maneuvering to try to create a defensive Republican Party. They want to keep the GOP crouched in a circular firing squad shooting at itself. This is because the Democrats have real imperatives driving them to harass and attack Republicans. The Democrats must stay on offense because they will be crushed once the American people see what they have actually been doing. The 2022 election could potentially become a nightmare for House and Senate Democrats. Remember: In 1994, House Democrats lost 54 seats and control for the first time in 40 years. In 2010, Democrats lost 63 seats and control. By every historic standard, the Democrats’ narrow five-vote majority should disappear in 2022 and Kevin McCarthy should become Speaker of the House. Republicans have every reason to be optimistic. Despite every effort of the Left to arouse (or manufacture) a civil war in the GOP, the party will remain largely unified and focused on creating more jobs, lowering taxes, increasing take home pay, defending America’s interests around the world – and developing solutions in health, learning, space, and other areas that matter to our future. Ultimately, the Republican Party of entrepreneurship and hard work will defeat the Democratic Party of unemployment and redistribution. NEWT'S WORLD PODCASTSNew York Gov. Andrew Cuomo mishandled the early days of the pandemic. He made misguided policy decisions that killed thousands, including many seniors. Newt’s guest is Matt Palumbo, author the new book, Dumb and Dumber: How Cuomo and de Blasio Ruined New York. America’s small businesses are arguably the hardest hit by the pandemic shutdowns. The U.S. Small Business Administration has released a second round of the Paycheck Protection Program as of January 2021. Will it help Main Street survive? Newt’s guest is Elaine Parker, president of the Job Creators Network Foundation. NEWT'S INNER CIRCLE FEATURESBy Aaron Kliegman Barack Obama became the first American president in decades to make no political progress toward the goal of a two-state solution. Why? Because he intentionally created “daylight,” as he put it, between the US and Israel in order to gain credibility with the Arabs. Biden seems poised to follow his former boss’s footsteps. We know where that path leads: failure — and no peace. Published in TheHill.comTo Make Health Care Affordable, Stop Focusing on InsuranceBy Joe DeSantis It is time for a new treatment plan for what ails American health care, one that gets to the root cause of the problem and that both parties can unite around. It is not lack of coverage that is causing health care costs to rise. Instead, it is high health care prices and high health care demand. GINGRICH 360 PODCAST NETWORKHere's a secret: The elites don't really want you to succeed. On this episode, Rob discusses why so many of our society's problems are really about the elites versus the people, not left versus right. To explain, he digs into the recent craziness from the stock market — especially how Robinhood shut down small traders following Wall Street's GameStop fiasco. Rob also gives you his problematic take on Black Lives Matter being nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize. (Yes, the same BLM that spent the past summer burning our cities.) Plus, Rob explains why even private schools are no longer safe from the left's takeover of our education system. OUR LATEST POLLWHAT NEWT'S SAYINGOne of the most interesting public policy developments of the last 24 hours is the report that nine New York public health officials have quit over Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s handling of the coronavirus pandemic. I've been doing a lot of thinking about the future of the Republican Party. I realized the party has three possible futures. GINGRICH 360 FLASH BRIEFINGSLEARN WHAT YOU CAN DO TO DEFEND AMERICAThis copy of The 1776 Opportunity: A 2026 Year Long Celebration is autographed by Newt Gingrich. In the inspiring proposal, Newt wears his historian hat and reminds us just how incredible the Declaration of Independence was for its time and still is today. On the 250th anniversary of this extraordinary document, America needs to reflect on how significantly this single piece of paper changed the trajectory of not just this nation, but of the world. The lessons that resulted from our great experiment in freedom and free-market capitalism spread around the globe and helped raise billions out of abject poverty. America’s role as peacekeeper, conqueror of tyrants, exporter of freedom, first responder in worldwide natural disasters, and mentor of free market prosperity has impacted the world like no other nation has before it. If we fail to understand this incredible history, to teach it, to honor it, and to ensure that it remains part of the American DNA — well then, we’re already seeing where that path is leading us. CHARITY OF THE MONTHThe Gingrich Foundation is pleased to designate the American Heart Association as its Charity of the Month for February. The Foundation would like to recognize the Association’s commitment to improving heart health and lives across the nation. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of death in the United States. In 2019 alone, it claimed the lives of 659,041 people in America – taking 59, 440 more lives than all cancers. In fact, heart disease kills more people in the United States than accidents, chronic lower respiratory disease, stroke, and Alzheimer’s disease combined. Nearly half of all Americans (47 percent) have one of three major risk factors for heart disease -- high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and/or a smoking addiction. Please join us in supporting the American Heart Association today. The greatest nightmare for the free world today would be an extremist in hiding, controlling and coordinating radical Islamic groups at the highest level around the globe.
