America is facing a worsening crisis of uncontrolled illegal
immigration from the dangerously radical Biden Immigration Agenda!
[Judicial Watch]
Dear Judicial Watch Member,
America is facing a worsening crisis of uncontrolled illegal
immigration from the dangerously RADICAL BIDEN IMMIGRATION AGENDA!
We’ve already seen a new border surge of illegal entries (from
17,000 last April to 70,000 in November) who understand that Joe
Biden’s Immigration Agenda is a more liberal, open-door approach to
immigration law enforcement. But that’s an understatement…
…the Biden Immigration Agenda is going to be bad for America and
includes:
* Reversing most of the Trump immigration agenda from deportations
to asylum policy, including defunding wall construction, expanding
visas and refugee caps, granting amnesty to over 600,000 illegal
immigrants who fall under Obama’s Deferred Action for Childhood
Arrivals program (DACA) and putting limits on U.S. immigration and
Customs Enforcement agents.
* Rescinding President’s Trump’s immigration restrictions on 13
countries that help keep us safe from foreign terrorists, and they are
eager to begin undoing these and most all of the approximately 400
high-profile immigration policy changes made by the Trump
administration.
Then there’s the Left’s really radical plan – “ABOLISH ICE!”
(Immigration & Customs Enforcement) and “comprehensive immigration
reform” (code phrase for amnesty) to complete the "open borders"
nightmare… and that’s without considering the national security,
election integrity, public health and other quality-of-life issues we
will be expected to pay for.
Biden’s immigration agenda represents the most important issue
facing the United States…and Judicial Watch is already ramping up
our courtroom strategies of challenging the radical Biden immigration
agenda at as many levels as possible.
So please rest assured, we are not stopping…in fact, if anything
we’re beefing up.
We continue to add new resources and double up on others with our eyes
firmly fixed on two greatprinciples: Support for the rule of law
(especially our laws against illegal immigration) and the right of the
American people to know what their government is doing.
And that’s why I hope YOU WILL MAKE YOUR MOST GENEROUS DONATION TO
JUDICIAL WATCH RIGHT NOW!

Your support will help ensure that Judicial Watch’s voice and your
voice...the voice of law-abiding American citizens…will be heard
loud and clear in the debate over immigration, including any effort to
grant “amnesty” to illegal aliens!
But, as you know, Judicial Watch doesn’t just complain about illegal
immigration —
* We sue state and local public officials who violate federal
immigration laws by establishing so-called “sanctuary” policies
that protect criminal aliens;
* We fight for accurate voter rolls in the courts to protect the
integrity of our elections; and
* We force the federal government to reveal documents about
bureaucratic efforts to grant amnesty and publicly funded services to
illegal aliens through backdoor, “stealth” methods.
I really cannot think of another time in our twenty-seven year history
when there has been so urgent a need for Judicial Watch to be at our
best…
…because if we’re not on the job this year, it simply won’t get
done.
We are conservative, we are independent, and we are not beholden to
political parties.
We are fighting for you and the rule of law, and we can meet our
challenges if you STAND WITH US TODAY BY MAKING YOUR BEST
TAX-DEDUCTIBLE DONATION NOW

Thank you!
Sincerely,
Tom Fitton
President
P.S. Judicial Watch has two active lawsuits challenging
“sanctuary” cities in court and we are scheduled togo to trial
this spring in our challenge to San Francisco’s deadly sanctuary
policy. Please DONATE NOW
