I just did an appearance on InfoWars with Alex Jones to talk
about my Red Flagging by the FBI.

What happened to me is going to happen to many more American
Conservatives if this isn't halted immediately.

When an American goes to purchase a firearm, their information is
run through the FBI’s NICS database.

If your name ends up on one of the 12 categories for rejection,
then you’re denied.

Not only are you denied, but you’re immediately stripped of your
right to even POSSESS a firearm if your name is in this database.

One of those 12 reasons for denial I call the “open category”,
which the FBI calls the “Federally Denied Persons File” – AKA,
“Any Reason They Want File”, comes with an asterisk that says:

“The Federally Denied Persons File is compiled of individuals
that are predetermined to have firearm prohibitions without
listing the specific category.”

I’m confident that I was not denied under any of the other 11
reasons, so that leaves the “open category” as a possible reason
for denial because the FBI won’t say why they stripped me of my
Second Amendment rights. And I was never notified about being on
this list, even when I had a firearm.

I did some research and in all of 2020, only 24 Americans were
denied a firearm purchase because they’re on that “Federally
Denied Persons File.”

I suspect that number will expand exponentially during the Biden
Administration and I’m leading the fight to not only get my
rights back, but to show others how to do the same when it
happens to them.

So far, we’ve raised nearly $8,000 to hire the attorney and cover
the costs of challenging my denial . . . but we have another
$12,000 to raise.
