John,
We just asked a judge to stop the Trump administration’s latest asylum ban from applying to thousands of migrants.

We are representing individuals who arrived at the U.S.-Mexico border seeking to access the U.S. asylum process, but they were turned away and placed on endless waitlists.
While these individuals were following the Trump administration’s rules and waiting their turn, the administration’s asylum ban went into effect.
This ban made them ineligible for the very protection they are seeking. Because their opportunity to seek asylum was taken away when the government forced them to wait in Mexican border towns for weeks or even months, we’re demanding that the asylum ban not apply to these individuals.
The current administration is attempting to block all legal immigration avenues– but with your support we’ll continue to see them in court and hold them accountable [[link removed]] .
Sincerely,
Caroline Walters
