Silver Eagle Beverages joins NBWA initiative to fight human trafficking

Last week, Silver Eagle Beverages took part in the NBWA-led human trafficking awareness training. By educating more than 500 of their employees on recognizing and reporting the warning signs of human trafficking, Silver Eagle is joining a nationwide team of distributors working to combat human trafficking. "Through this initiative, we have an opportunity to truly make a difference in our communities," said Chairman and CEO of Silver Eagle John L. Nau III.

Small Colorado liquor stores feeling pinch of alcohol laws

Anheuser-Busch to invest $1 billion in production facilities

On Wednesday, Anheuser-Busch announced that it will invest over $1 billion in its U.S. manufacturing facilities over the next two years. The investment aims to raise production of hard seltzers that continue to grow in popularity. CEO Michel Doukeris said, "We need to build more seltzer capacity so we can attend the demand from consumers, which is a growing demand."

Heineken to launch new slim cans

The Heineken Original brew is about to come in a new size and shape. In March, the company will launch 12-ounce slim cans in Florida. Chuck Boddy, senior brand manager for Heineken, remarked, "The Heineken Original slim can launch in Florida has emerged from millennial multi-cultural demand." The goal of the launch is to attract new buyers and drive higher velocity.
