At the heart of the immigration debate is the often unspoken question of
whether we should maintain, restrict or increase immigration levels. It
typically centers on the merits of each individual immigrant and what
kind of immigrant to allow in.
But we believe these modes are outdated and as a country we have room to
grow.

Today, we launched

**Room to Grow**, a new paper that proposes an evidence-based approach
to setting immigration levels that recognize the varied contributions of
immigrants to our country beyond just economic contributions.
