Being a college student is hard enough. Now, imagine adding undocu COVID complications to it: unemployment, inability to access COVID-19 relief, food insecurity, fear of eviction, little access to healthcare. Sounds like a nightmare right? Sadly, this is the reality for so many in our undocumented community, including Idalia, an undocumented college student in South Florida.
She shares how the pandemic left her grandmother stranded in the U.S. & highlights the obstacles she faced accessing testing and treatment after her family contracted COVID-19. Watch Idalia share more of her story in our new video.

Friend - It is unacceptable and immoral that Idalia and many others like her are struggling this much in a country that has plenty of resources. Right now, Congress is negotiating the next COVID relief package. And we NEED to make sure our undocumented communities are included.
TODAY, we are launching 6 full-length videos and ads across national media websites sharing the challenges our undocumented communities have faced during the pandemic and highlighting the political unwillingness to protect them. We’re demanding Biden, Pelosi & Schummer to include a pathway to CITIZENSHIP FOR ALL undocumented communities in the next COVID relief package. Can you make a call today? Click below to be connected:
