Dear John,

Welcome to this week's edition our e-News!

As we reported last week, the World Health Organisation warned that pregnant women should not take Moderna's Covid vaccine, Now VAERS - the vaccine injury tracking system for the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC) has reported the deaths of eight unborn babies, who were miscarried or stillborn soon after their mothers received the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine

Also - a diverse group of Africans has appealed to Joe Biden not to fund abortion in their countries, in a powerful video "Help us, don't kill us"

And the Polish government is to enforce its court ruling that prohibits 'eugenic' abortions on babies with disabilities..

We have also made available a video about the use of aborted baby cells in vaccines, The video entitled - Christian Parents, It Is Time To Talk About Aborted Fetal Cell Use in Vaccines - has been blocked by YouTube but can now be viewed on the Precious Life website.

If you haven't already taken the Survey on a Bill of Rights for Northern Ireland, you can still do so before the deadline which has been extended until 5:00pm on Friday (5th February 2021). It is vitally important that you let the Northern Ireland Assembly know that you want the rights of unborn babies protected in law, policy and practice. The survey takes approximately 10 minutes to complete. See below for our guidance on how to answer the survey questions.

Best regards,

ACTION ALERT Reminder - Tell the NI Assembly that any Bill of Rights must include the RIGHT TO LIFE for unborn babies

If you haven't already taken the Consultation Survey ([link removed]) on a Bill of Rights for Northern Ireland - please do so NOW.
The deadline has been extended to 5:00pm on Friday, 5th February 2021..

The Northern Ireland Assembly wants to hear your views on the creation of a Bill of Rights. A consultation survey has been set up by the Ad Hoc Committee on a Bill of Rights for Northern Ireland.

It is vitally important that you let the Northern Ireland Assembly know that you want the rights of unborn babies protected in law, policy and practice.
The survey takes approximately 10 minutes to complete.

A Bill of Rights for Northern Ireland was one of the recommendations of the Good Friday Agreement and the pro-abortion Northern Ireland Human Rights Commission was set up to advise on the Bill of Rights.

Precious Life has been exposing the Human Rights Commission’s pro-abortion agenda since 1999. For years the Commission tried to deny they were pro-abortion, but now they unashamedly admit they want abortion right up to the moment of birth. Only last week, Precious Life condemned the Human Rights Commission for taking a court case to have more even babies killed by abortion in Norther Ireland (see story here...) ([link removed])

There is a real dangers that the Human Rights Commission will use a Bill of Rights to 'enshrine abortion' as a 'human right' in Northern Ireland.

But every person in Northern Ireland - born and unborn - must have the Right to Life. The Right to Life is protected in the UK under The Human Rights Act 1998. Article 2 states... "Everyone’s right to life shall be protected by law. No one shall be deprived of his life…” The United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (to which the UK has signed up to) also states "...every Child has the inherent Right to Life...the Child...needs special safeguards and care, including appropriate legal protection, BEFORE as well as after BIRTH”

Tell the Northern Ireland Assembly, that every child - before birth - needs special safeguards and care, including legal protection. The most basic human right is the Right to Life itself - without it, all other rights are meaningless

Guidance for the Survey
Here are some suggestions on how to answer the survey questions. Where appropriate, try to use your own words...

Question 1a. To what extent do you agree that everyone in Northern Ireland today enjoys the same basic human rights?
Answer - E. Strongly Disagree

Question 1b. Why do you say that you " Strongly disagree " that everyone in Northern Ireland today enjoys the same basic human rights?
I strongly disagree because unborn babies do not enjoy the most basic human right - the right to life.

Question 2. In your view, do people in Northern Ireland need more protection for their human rights in relation to any of the following areas?
Answer - E. Pregnancy and maternity

Question 3. In your view, which of the following values, if any, would make appropriate foundations for rights in Northern Ireland?
Answer - B. Human dignity (everyone deserves respect)

Question 4a. How important, if at all, do you think a bill of rights is for Northern Ireland?
Answer - F. Don't know

Question 4b. To what extent, if at all, do you agree that a bill of rights for Northern Ireland should set out an aspirational vision based on guiding or foundational values?
Answer - A. Strongly agree

Question 4c. Civil and political rights can include freedom from discrimination; the right to privacy; freedom of expression, assembly, religion and movement; and the right to a fair trial. To what extent, if at all, do you agree that a bill of rights for Northern Ireland should include civil and political rights?
Answer - A. Strongly agree

Question 4d. What, if any, political and civil rights would you like to see in a bill of rights for Northern Ireland?
Answer - The civil rights I would like to see in a bill of rights are Freedom of expression, assembly, religion and movement. These rights must cover the right to express pro-life opinions, distribute and display prolife information and images, and the right to assemble outside abortion centres, handing out information leaflets and praying

Question 4h. Do you have any other comments?
Yes.

Question 4i. Enter your comments in the text box below.
I want the rights of unborn babies protected in law, policy and practice. Every person in Northern Ireland - born and unborn - must have the Right to Life. The Right to Life is protected in the UK under The Human Rights Act 1998 - "Everyone’s right to life shall be protected by law. No one shall be deprived of his life…” (Article 2) The United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child states "...every Child has the inherent Right to Life...the Child...needs special safeguards and care, including appropriate legal protection, BEFORE as well as after BIRTH”

Every child in Northern Ireland - before birth - must have special safeguards and care, including legal protection.

The most basic human right is the Right to Life itself - without it, all other rights are meaningless.

Regarding Question 2 - Unborn babies and their mothers need more protection for their human rights in the area of Pregnancy and maternity

Regarding Question 3 - the value for the foundation of rights in Northern Ireland is Human Dignity. Everyone, including unborn babies, deserves respect and to be given the dignity of being treated as a human.

Regarding Question 4 - I answered "Don't know" to how important a Bill of Rights is for Northern Ireland because it would be "very important" if the dignity, humanity and right to life for unborn babies was acknowledged and protected. However, if a Bill of Rights is used in any way to promote or support abortion then it would be "Not important at all."

Regarding Question 4b - I strongly agree that a Bill of Rights for Northern Ireland should set out an aspirational vision based on the guiding and foundational value of the right to life for everyone - before and after birth.
