These Orders affect ALL TEXANS

•   Rejoined Paris Climate Agreement. This deal does NOTHING to hold real polluters, like Communist China and India, accountable.

•   Revoked the permit for the Keystone XL pipeline killing over 50,000 jobs instantly.

•   Stopped construction of the border wall.

•   Stopped new oil and gas leasing and drilling permits for U.S. lands and waters.

•   Not only does his Executive order allow transgender people to serve in the United States military but any educational institution that receives federal funding must admit biologically-male athletes to women’s teams and make them eligible for women’s scholarships.

•   Renewed Obama-era aggressive environmental rules that put strict, job-killing policies on manufacturing, coal, oil, and gas that led to the loss of thousands of American jobs.

•   Revoked the “Travel ban,” which denied visas to residents from some dangerous nations.

•   Advocates for amnesty for all and open borders.
