We agree with Speaker Nancy Pelosi, naming Greene to this committee is appalling and she must be removed from it ASAP→

First: Kevin McCarthy said that there would be no repercussions or consequences for Marjorie Taylor Greene’s violent and disturbing comments, some of which included support for executing Democrats in Congress.

Then: McCarthy named her to be one of the lead decision makers on federal education and school safety policy as a member of the House Education Committee. He did this after he learned that she believes school shootings are “staged” and was recorded verbally harassing a child who survived a mass shooting.

Now: Speaker Nancy Pelosi is calling his decision to name her to the House Education committee “absolutely appalling” and is supporting a measure to remove her from her committees.

We couldn’t agree more: Marjorie Taylor Greene MUST be removed from the House Education Committee immediately.

If Republicans win the House, Marjorie Taylor Greene will be calling the shots on this committee. What a disgrace.
