Hello John, As you can imagine, it's been a crazy week. So I’ll keep this brief:
I’m happy to announce that I am endorsing Chris Bubser for Congress in California’s 8th District.
I have come to know Chris quite well over the last year. It’s undeniable that she’s passionate about making sure people can get a fair shake in this economy. That means fighting for cheaper, better health care, and policies that uplift women, children, and families across California. I think she’d make an incredible advocate for her community. |

When I ran for Congress in 2018, a lot of people didn’t think our community was ready to flip from red to blue. They said the registration numbers favored the GOP too much and that a Democrat had never come close. I won that seat anyway.
I won because I had early support from folks who believed in me.
I believe in Chris. And if enough folks rally behind her right now, I know she can win.
