For too long, Republicans have abused their power to gain unfair advantages thanks to gerrymandering, voter suppression, obstruction, and other means. Now, a majority of sitting Supreme Court justices were appointed by presidents who lost the popular vote. These justices will serve lifetime appointments, so they could have influence over our country for decades.

A.G. Holder believes it's time for Democrats to push back on these tactics and reform the Supreme Court, whether through expansion, the introduction of term limits, or both.
