WHY THIS MATTERS: The resignations of these anti-worker appointees will clear the way for a more fair panel to be installed, restoring confidence that FSIP can be a viable avenue should impasse during contract negotiations arise. The outgoing panel was notorious for ignoring the law and gutting workplace rights and protections.
