Hey team,

My name is Brad Schneider, proud representative of Illinois’ 10th Congressional District. 

Today it’s my pleasure to reach out in my capacity as Chair of the NewDem Action Fund — a group of nearly 100 Democrats in the House of Representatives who are leading the charge on a bold, progressive and pragmatic agenda for our country.

Our districts elected us to get things done and lead us out of a historic set of crises. Nothing is going to stop us from giving it our all — not extremists, not the conspiracy theorists, and not the ultra far-right Republicans who are more interested in stoking flames of division and hate than putting America back on track.

Voters across the country were clear: reject their extreme, far-right agenda in favor of science, truth, and progress.

After four long years under the previous administration, now is the time to roll up our sleeves and get to work on delivering progress for America. That’s why NewDems have outlined a set of bold legislative priorities for the first 100 days of the new Biden-Harris administration. 

NewDems are focused on getting our nation on track to tackle the monumental challenges we face today. That means ending the pandemic, creating jobs and getting people back to work, revitalizing our infrastructure, combating climate change, improving our health care, and much more. 

Team: This agenda will change our country for the better, and we’re ready to roll up our sleeves to get it done — but we can’t do it without you.
