Nina Turner has consistently fought to improve the lives of working families and is ready to get into the fight for Medicare for All, a Green New Deal, racial justice, and getting big money out of politics on day one.

Born and raised in Cleveland, Nina represented parts of the city as the first Black woman to represent Ward One on City Council from 2006 to 2008. In 2008, she was selected to fill a vacancy in Ohio's 25th State Senate district and served as Minority Whip during her four-year tenure in the state legislature.

Since leaving local office, Nina has used her platform to speak truth to and build power, serving as a surrogate for Bernie Sanders' presidential runs in 2016 and 2020 and as president of Our Revolution.

As this nation begins to undo the past administration's harms, we need more representatives who intimately know the struggles of working-class communities flanking President Biden and pushing him to do the right thing. Nina has the momentum to win, but we need your help to ensure she has the resources to reach as many voters as possible ahead of the primary.
