USAF to Change How It Motivates, Rewards Airmen

The Air Force is revamping evaluations for Airmen in grades E-7 through E-9 and O-1 through O-6 and establishing 10 Airman Leadership Qualities on which each will be graded. For now, the new evaluations are optional, but Chief Master Sergeant of the Air Force JoAnne S. Bass told Air Force Magazine, “This is just the beginning stages of constructing a system that clearly defines the qualities we value and need in our Airmen."
