While too many North Carolinians still struggle to recover from Hurricanes Matthew, Florence, and Dorian, it’s becoming clearer every day that we must act on climate.

Luckily, Gov. Cooper recognizes the urgency of our climate crisis. His Department of Environmental Quality released a bold new plan to eliminate carbon emissions from North Carolina’s power sector by 2050.

Their plan will save us from the worst effects of climate change, create good-paying jobs, and put more money in your pocket.
