When I was DNC Chair, we pioneered the 50-state strategy. By hitting quarterly fundraising goals like this one, we were able to take back control of Congress in 2006 and then the White House in 2008. That's why I'm so excited to see Tom Perez building on this strategy for the 2020 election cycle. Every ZIP code is a battleground going into this election.
