Time to Talk Day - Thursday 4 February 2021

Time to Talk Day Power of Small

Time to Talk Day is special because it encourages*everyone*to be more open about mental health to talk, to listen, to change lives.

A small conversation about mental health has the power to make a big difference and we know that the more conversations we have, the more myths we can bust and barriers we can break down.

It's more difficult to have our usual face to face conversations this year but there are loads of ways to get involved with Time to Talk Day from home:

* On 3 and 4 February Time to Change are hosting a festival [ [link removed] ] of online activities that anyone can join from homeno tickets required! They're creating a space where champions can come together and feel the power of being part of something much bigger.
* You could host a virtual chat over coffee or tea with one or more friends or colleagues.
* What about asking a neighbour or someone in your 'bubble' how they are feeling?

If there is one good thing about Time to Talk Day 2021, it's that there are more online activities [ [link removed] ] - this gives you chance to talk or listen to people in other parts of the country who you might struggle to meet physically.
