Fourteen months ago, Baby Tinslee Lewis’s life was deemed “not worth living” by a hospital ethics committee. The committee at Cook Children’s Hospital in Fort Worth said Tinslee should not live to see Christmas in 2019.
 
Today, she celebrates her second birthday!  
 
Because you and thousands of other Texans sacrificially gave to Texas Right to Life, Tinslee is alive and growing. Thank you for saving her life!  
 

Texas Right to Life patient advocates stepped in to help Tinslee, and over the last 14 months, her case has been heard before multiple courts. Because of your prayers and God’s grace, Tinslee and her legal team have won incredible legal challenges. Tinslee was born a fighter and she’s not done yet!

Tinslee’s case will once again be heard by a court in Fort Worth later this year. If the district court rules in favor of Tinslee, the hospital will permanently be prevented from removing the child’s ventilator and medical treatment against her mother’s will.  

The ongoing court battles, led by Texas Right to Life’s expert team of lawyers, are being fought (and won!) because of your generosity to Texas Right to Life and our patient advocacy fund.
