Conduct Committee: Harassment Grievance Officers (HGOs) are responsible for documenting, mediating, and resolving harassment grievances filed by members against other members. HGOs provide recommendations to MADSA's Steering Committee regarding the outcome of harassment grievance cases and disciplinary action (if needed) for offending members.
Membership Committee: The Membership Committee's primary responsibilities include organizing and hosting MADSA's twice-monthly New Member Intro Sessions (group calls to orient and onboard new members), coordinating any chapter recruitment efforts, and coordinating chapter social events. Membership Committee may also work jointly with other committees to produce educational content about the chapter for members.
Both these roles are part of the glue that holds our chapter together, so apply to join up!
